Offering Sicilian cuisine in an elegant setting, Cin Cin is one of Palermo’s finest restaurants.
What makes Cin Cin different? The food, certainly. But there’s much more…
The Clemente family, owners of Cin Cin, is Sicilian born, but has international experience in the food and beverages sector, having spent two decades in the U.S.A., in Baton Rouge, LA.
Great dining does not depend on only the food served. That is why you will always find an uncluttered and refined atmosphere at Cin Cin.
Cin Cin‘s meat and seafood specialties reflect the style of the Sicilian cuisine.
Our slogan FOOD IN PROGRESS pushes us to create new dishes, but always maintaining the principles of the Sicilian traditions, and using only products from our rich territory.
Our menu is updated and changed according to the availability of the best products, and what the seasons bring.
Well-defined taste and freshness are the main characteristics of all we do.
Cin Cin‘s menu offers homemade desserts. The Pistachio and Cinnamon Semifreddo is Mamma Lucia’s favourite.
An excellent wine list features exclusively great Sicilian labels.
These hands-on cooking classes begin at 9.30 am.
The meeting place is in front of the steps of the Massimo Theatre. A Palermo landmark, and very easy to find.
From there, we will walk to THE CAPO market where we will taste some great Palermo STREET FOOD, shop for the ingredients, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere for which the market is famous.
Then, it’s off to Cin Cin‘s kitchen.
Vincenzo and mamma Lucia will guide you through the class, leaving you the HANDS-ON experience.
Lunch is served with the dishes YOU PREPARED!
All beverages are included, and so is a souvenir apron.
Classes are limited to a minimum of 2 people and a max of 8 people, and usually last until 1:30 pm.
€ 150 per person -> € 125 per person 😉
